  1. General information

    4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to data provided voluntarily on the Website.

      • e-mail or telephone contact in order to extend the offer of sale, service, service, contract or agreement concluded with the contract,
      • e-mail or telephone contact, connection with control as part of access to the user account,

    6. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
      • By the User voluntarily providing personal data in the forms available on the Website or by contacting the Operator via the contact details provided on the Website. Providing personal data is voluntary, but in cases clearly marked on the Website, necessary to achieve the indicated purposes. If personal data marked as mandatory is not provided, the Operator has the right to refrain from contacting the User. Providing by the User Data that is not obligatory or excess data that the Administrator does not need to process is based on the User's own decision and then the processing takes place on the basis of the premise contained in Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR (consent). The User grants Consent to the processing of this Data and to anonymize Data that the Administrator does not require and does not want to process, and yet the User provided it to the Administrator.

  2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

    1. The Operator stores and protects personal data in a manner consistent with the established procedures applicable at the Operator, prepared in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR). The measures implemented by the Operator are primarily intended to protect Users' personal data against unauthorized access.
      The Operator ensures that only persons authorized to process personal data and trained in personal data protection have access to Users' personal data.

  4. Your rights and additional information on how your data is used

    1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following target groups:
      • authorized employees and collaborators who use data to achieve the purpose of the website
    2. Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary to perform related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

      • the right to correct data,
      • the right to rectify data,
      • the right to delete data if there are no grounds for its processing,
      • the right to limit processing if it was carried out incorrectly or without a legal basis,
      • the right to object to the processing of personal data,

      • the right to be forgotten.
    4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.
    5. Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we send them outside the European Union, according to the categories and recipients specified in point. 3.

    1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

    1. Information about the behavior of users on the site may be subject to logging. These data are used to administer the website.
  7. Important marketing techniques

    1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user's end device.
